Shipping and Return Policies

Return Policy

We will gladly accept all items in their original state and packaging. Original state applies to products without signs of wear and tear. All panties, tights, teddys or any sets containing panties are excluded from returns for hygienic reasons.

Please take time and inspect your order prior trying it to ensure the highest quality.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returned items, once received and processed, will be exchanged and send within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will charge no restocking fees on returns.

 

Refunds

All exchanges and refunds must be sent back no later than 14 days after initial purchase to meet 30 days policy return.

For non exchangeable items, in most cases the store credit will be issued, or other arrangements will be made with the buyer.

By non exchangeable we mean items discontinued, nonreturnable or deemed non returnable as stated above.

All clearance, seasonal sale and promotional items are excluded from return policy unless deemed defective by our quality control officer.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you believe your order was damaged during the delivery, please take pictures of the shipping box and email us we will make measures to remediate the loss.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ubazydlo@yahoo.com and will send you return instructions. Do not send your items to manufacturer.

If you receive any damaged, defective or wrong items, please email us immediately.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

Shipping fee applies for all returns unless the wrong item was sent by us. Then is on us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Shipping Policy

We offer same-day and next-day shipping for products in stock. Please note that we are in Eastern Standard Time zone UTC-5. All orders will be processes accordingly with care and send within the maximum of 2 business days. 

On purchases over $99 we offer free standard shipping or parcel select delivery times vary between 3-14 days.

 

All rates are calculated during check out and are based off your location, weight, and delivery options.

To expedite your shipping, you must purchase desired option during the check out.

We are using currently carriers: DHL, UPS and USPS.

We ship internationally: most popular flat rate international shipping rates options apply. You may consider purchasing insurance and tracking, as we are not responsible for lost and non-delivered items outside the US. 

We advise you to purchase insurance and tracking option for larger purchases as we deemed right to be free from any responsibility for lost and stolen parcel.  All grievances in connections to lost, damaged, and stolen parcel will be reviewed case by case basis.

 

Outside the US only: We do not charge duties, you may be responsible for it depending on your location. 

US only: all the duties have been paid for the products are physically here. You will not be charged any duties above purchase price, taxes and shipping cost if applicable.
