Shipping Policy

We offer same-day and next-day shipping for all products in stock. Please note that we are in Eastern Standard Time zone UTC-5. All orders will be processed accordingly with care and send within the maximum of up to 2 business days after placing the order.

On purchases exceeding $49 we offer free standard shipping or parcel select- delivery times vary between 3-14 days.

All shipping rates are calculated during check out and are based off your location, weight, and delivery options.

To expedite your shipping, you must purchase desired option during the check out.

We are using currently carriers: DHL, UPS and USPS.

We ship internationally: most popular flat rate international shipping rates options apply. You may consider purchasing insurance and tracking, as we are not responsible for lost and non-delivered items outside the US.

We advise you to purchase insurance and tracking option for larger purchases as we are not responsible for lost and stolen parcel. All grievances in connections to lost, damaged, and stolen parcel will be reviewed case by case basis.

Outside the US only: We do not charge duties, you may be responsible for if any depending on your location and policy.

US only: all the duties have been paid for the products are physically here. You will not be charged any duties in addition to the purchase price, taxes and shipping cost if and when applicable, which will be calculated during check out state by state basis.
